About us
Why we do this.
Sport brings people together. We make it possible.
Whether at a camp close to home or a tournament abroad, we bring young players, coaches and clubs together and stay at their side along the way. We care about good organisation, personal support and offers that suit the people taking part.
With Team Germany at the Youth World Challenge we also give young talents an international outlook. From 2027 we want to build on this with our Academy.
AM Global Sports stands for opportunities, community and experiences that go beyond the pitch.
Opportunities
Team Germany at the Youth World Challenge, and from 2027 the Academy as well.
Community
Players, coaches and clubs come together with us.
Experiences
From a camp close to home to a tournament abroad.
Why we do this
Because what counts is the moment a player sees what is in them.
Andreas Matysek
Sporting director & project management
„We do not sell trips. We build thought-through experiences that connect sporting development, team spirit and precise organisation.“
