AM Global Sports
1. Subject matter of the contract
AM Global Sports (hereinafter referred to as „Organiser“) organises and facilitates national and international sports camps, football camps, speed camps, goalkeeper camps, training camps, tournaments and sports events in Germany and abroad.
The contract includes participation in the booked camp or event as per the respective advertisement and camp description. AM Global Sports acts exclusively as an agent for travel services (flights, hotel, transfers). The contractual partner for brokered travel services is the respective partner company (e.g., haydi-weg Reisebüro, BK Turismo).
2. Benefits
The precise scope of services is detailed in the respective camp description. Depending on the camp booked, the following services may be included:
- Training sessions
- Support from the coaching team
- Football kit, shorts, socks
- Sports bag
- Drinks during units
- Fruit and snacks
- Certificate of participation and medal
- Supporting programme and activities
- Friendly matches or tournaments
- Excursions (only if expressly advertised)
Additional services not included in the scope of performance (e.g. flights, hotels, transfers) will be listed separately and can be booked optionally.
3. Registration & Contract Conclusion
Registration is by written application via the online form on www.amglobalsports.com, by email to info@amglobalsports.com, or via WhatsApp.
The contract is only concluded with written confirmation from AM Global Sports. Confirmation will be by email.
The number of participants is limited. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis for payments received. Registration does not guarantee a place until confirmation is received.
When minors register, it must be done by a parent or guardian.
4. Payment Terms
The participation fee must be paid within the period specified in the booking confirmation.
Payment methods:
- Bank transfer (bank details will be provided with the confirmation)
- Online payment (as offered on the website)
- Payment by instalments (only by express written agreement)
If payment is not made on time, the booked place may be cancelled without further notice and reallocated. Amounts already paid will be refunded after deduction of any cancellation fees incurred (see § 5).
5. Withdrawal & Cancellation
The resignation must be in writing (email to info@amglobalsports.com counts).
The following cancellation conditions apply:

| 30 to 60 days | 50% of the participation fee |
| 14 to 29 days | 80% of the participation fee |
| Less than 14 days or no-show | 100 % of the participation fee |
If the participant names a suitable replacement, the cancellation fee will be waived, subject to AM Global Sports' consent. Consent will be given in writing.
For overseas camps, the cancellation conditions of the arranged travel services (flights, hotel) also apply. These can be found with the respective booking partner.
6. Cancellation by the organiser
AM Global Sports reserves the right to cancel or postpone camps or events in cases of:
- due to insufficient participants (minimum number of participants will be communicated with the tender)
- Force majeure (including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest)
- extreme weather conditions
- official measures or prohibitions
- Venue security risks
- Absence or illness of key trainers or partners
In the event of cancellation by AM Global Sports, any participation fees that have already been paid will be refunded in full. AM Global Sports shall not be liable for any further claims, particularly for already booked travel services (flights, hotels). The terms and conditions of the respective travel partner apply to brokered travel services.
7. Health & Insurance
The participant or guardian confirms with their registration that the participant is physically fit and has no health restrictions that would prevent participation.
Illnesses, allergies, medications, or other health-related special conditions must be communicated in writing before the start of the camp.
Participants and/or their legal guardians are responsible for ensuring they have health, accident, and liability insurance cover. AM Global Sports recommends that participants take out cancellation insurance for overseas camps.
AM Global Sports accepts no liability for injuries sustained as a result of sporting activity, unless gross negligence or intent on the part of the organiser is present.
8. Liability
Participation in AM Global Sports camps and events is at your own risk.
AM Global Sports accepts no liability for the loss, theft or damage of personal valuables.
AM Global Sports' liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded – to the extent legally permissible.
9. Code of Conduct
All participants commit to respectful and sporting behaviour towards coaches, supervisors, other participants, clubs, hotels, and cooperation partners.
In cases of gross misconduct, violence, bullying, discrimination, or repeated rule violations, AM Global Sports is entitled to exclude the participant from the camp without a refund of the participation fee. In the case of minors, their legal guardians will be informed immediately.
10. Photo and Video Recordings
During the camps and events, photos and videos will be created. AM Global Sports is permitted to use these recordings for the following purposes:
- Website (amglobalsports.com)
- Social Media (especially Instagram)
- Promotional materials (flyers, presentations, sponsor packages)
- Press reports
By registering, participants or legal guardians agree to the use of data, provided that the corresponding consent box has been ticked in the registration form.
The withdrawal of consent is possible at any time in writing (info@amglobalsports.com). The lawfulness of processing already carried out remains unaffected by the withdrawal.
11. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the booked event and for communication with participants and guardians.
Data will only be passed on to third parties if this is organisationally necessary for the performance of the contract (e.g. hotels, tournament organisers, transfer service providers, travel partners).

12. Travel Services / Overseas Camps
For camps abroad, the respective entry, travel, and safety regulations of the destination country also apply. Participants or their legal guardians are themselves responsible for ensuring that they have valid travel documents (passport, visa if applicable).
Flights, transfers and hotels are brokered through partner companies. AM Global Sports acts exclusively as an intermediary in this regard. The contractual partner for these services is the respective partner company. The respective provider's terms and conditions apply to their services.

13. Programme amendments
Programme changes, trainer changes, venue changes or time adjustments may be necessary for organisational or weather-related reasons, without giving rise to any claims against AM Global Sports.
The fundamental character and scope of the camp's services will remain the same.
14. Right of Withdrawal
As camps and sporting events are leisure services with a fixed date, according to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB) no statutory right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal shall be governed exclusively by the cancellation conditions set out in Section 5 of these Terms and Conditions.
15. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, an effective regulation shall be implemented that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
16. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
German law shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction shall be, insofar as legally permissible, the registered office of AM Global Sports (Minden, Germany).
Consumers residing in another EU Member State can also bring proceedings before the courts of their state of residence.
17. Dispute Resolution

AM Global Sports is neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
