Our website is operated on servers provided by OVH Cloud (OVHcloud SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France). When you access the website, the following data is automatically collected and temporarily stored:

- Page/URL requested
- Browser type and operating system
- Referrer URL (previously visited page)
These data are used exclusively to ensure technical operation and for error analysis. They will not be passed on to third parties.

6. Registration Form – Camps, Training Camps & Sports Trips
When registering for one of our camps or training camps, we collect the following personal data:
Participant data (child/player):
- First and last name
- Date of Birth / Age
- Club and playing position
- Ready-to-wear size (jersey)
- Health Information (Allergies, Medications, Special Requirements)
Contact details of parent/guardian:
- First and last name
- Address
- Telephone number
- Email address
Booking-related information:
- Selected Camp / Dates / Location
- Accommodation and catering requirements
- Travel and transfer requests
Purpose Carrying out the booked camp, organisation of accommodation, transfers and catering, communication with guardians.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract), with health data additionally Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR (explicit consent)
Storage duration: For the duration of the contractual relationship plus statutory retention periods (usually 10 years for accounting-relevant documents)
7. Disclosure to Third Parties / Service Providers
For the provision of our services, we work with direct partners.
Data will only be passed on to further third parties if this is legally required or absolutely necessary for the performance of the contract.

8. Photo and video recordings
Photos and videos are taken at our camps and events. These may be used on the following channels:

- Instagram (@amglobalsports)
- More social media channels
- Promotional materials (flyers, presentations)
- Press reports
By registering, guardians agree to the use, provided that the corresponding checkbox in the registration form has been ticked.

Cancellation Written confirmation is always possible at info@amglobalsports.com. The lawfulness of processing carried out up to the point of withdrawal shall remain unaffected.
9. WhatsApp
For communication, we use WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland). When you contact us via WhatsApp, the transmitted messages and content will be processed.
Please note: WhatsApp transmits metadata and potentially contact details to Meta. We recommend not sending particularly sensitive data (e.g., detailed health information) via WhatsApp, but rather using the official registration form.
